Returns Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged items.

We do not accept returns for e-cards, sale items, or services.

Due to safety and contamination concerns, we do NOT ACCEPT DoAmSkin returns as we are unable to resell any item that has been out of our supervision. All sales are final.

We will not accept returns or exchanges if requested more than 15 days after the original purchase date. orders may be exchanged by mail; customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees for returns and exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. To begin the filing process please 'Contact Us' through our contact form with the subject 'Exchange' to submit an exchange and "Return" to submit a return.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). Your funds will be processed the following business day, please contact your bank for deposit questions. Exchanged item(s) will ship within 3 business days from arrival date.
